  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential and collect commissions related to spa growth and achievement
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business plans and strategies
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care services
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
