Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting public health through immunization services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert immunization services to patients, ensuring accurate and safe administration of vaccines.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans, focusing on preventive care and disease management.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating our company's values of empathy, compassion, and respect for all individuals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and community partners to promote health education and awareness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest immunization guidelines, regulations, and best practices to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy operations, including workflow management, inventory control, and quality assurance.
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for controlled substance offenses.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
