Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and support to patients, caregivers, and colleagues
  • Lead and direct Pharmacy Technician Support Staff to ensure seamless pharmacy operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality assurance standards, and customer service expectations
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth, improve performance, and enhance the patient experience
Requirements
  • Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
