Staff Pharmacist Role

We're seeking a skilled Staff Pharmacist to join our team, focusing on immunization and patient care. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you'll play a critical role in supporting the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Safety and Quality Assurance
  • Regulatory Compliance and Pharmacy Professional Practice
  • Customer Service and Personnel Management
  • Inventory Management and Financial Profitability
  • Loss Prevention and Workflow Management

You'll lead with heart, displaying empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues. You'll motivate and inspire your team, balancing assignments to maximize strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps.

Requirements:
  • Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for controlled substances

We offer a competitive pay range, with a typical pay range of $73.00 per hour.
