Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading clinical initiatives, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Safety: Ensure the safe and effective dispensing of medications, and maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.

  • Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records and documentation.

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to patients and customers, and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Personnel Management: Supervise and develop pharmacy technicians, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, and ensure that medications are stocked and available as needed.
  • Financial Profitability: Contribute to the development of business strategies, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and mitigate risks, and take steps to prevent losses and minimize financial impact.
  • Workflow Management: Streamline processes and improve efficiency, and ensure that workflows are aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Active Pharmacy License: Must be licensed to practice pharmacy in the state in which you are employed.
  • Immunization Certification: Must be certified in immunizations through an accredited organization.
  • Background Check: Must pass a background check, and be eligible to work in the United States.
