Staff Pharmacist RoleWe're seeking a skilled Staff Pharmacist to join our team, focusing on immunization and patient care. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you'll play a critical role in supporting the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy environment for our patients and colleagues.
- Pharmacy Professional Practice: Lead and direct your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, promoting excellence in pharmacy practice.
- Regulatory Requirements: Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance within your pharmacy.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our patients and customers.
- Personnel Management: Motivate, inspire, and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Financial Profitability: Contribute to the financial success of your pharmacy, identifying opportunities to drive growth and improve performance.
- Loss Prevention: Implement strategies to prevent loss and minimize risks within your pharmacy.
- Workflow Management: Adapt to changing circumstances, adjusting workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA).
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
