We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Paycor. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through prospecting activities, consult with potential clients to determine the optimal solutions to solve business challenges, and present Paycor products and services to potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with assigned referral sources, including current clients, partners, and industry experts.
  • Sales Forecasting and Planning: Own individual accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts, analyze current practices of potential clients, and identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Client Onboarding and Support: Assist in the conversion process for new clients, including submission of complete paperwork for new clients and the successful processing of the initial payroll.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Client Services staff to achieve client satisfaction, record all sales activity and results in SFDC in a timely manner, and complete regular reports as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills, strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills, and a 4-year business degree.
