Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by selling new homes to customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure we are competitive and innovative in our sales approach
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the homebuilding industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
