Role Overview:
This position necessitates onsite engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the properties and personnel as directed, adhering to the standards and protocols of JLL. Formulate, execute, supervise, and uphold comprehensive site services, performance metrics, processes, and quality benchmarks for services.

Innovate service offerings, assist in reducing delivery costs, and collaborate with suppliers to seamlessly integrate services into operations while significantly enhancing the facility experience.

Facilities Management:
Provide leadership and guidance for the effective operation and maintenance of all facility systems, including electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety.
Analyze trends and leverage data to foresee and proactively tackle challenges within the client environment.
Demonstrated success in direct interactions with client senior management, vendors, and across all organizational levels.
Utilize data and analytics effectively to communicate solutions and facilitate decision-making.
Conduct scheduled inspections of the sites to assess the quality of services rendered.
Perform any additional duties and tasks as assigned.
Commissioning Activities:
Develop and implement the overall Startup Plan for assigned projects.
Assist in creating the comprehensive Startup Schedule.
Identify essential internal disciplines, vendors, and subcontractors.
Ensure all PTPs, Job Plans, and materials are prepared for successful system Startups.
Encourage innovative thinking to enhance performance.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and suppliers to ensure completion of OAT/FAT certificates, warranties, and all necessary manufacturer documentation.
Understand and manage client invoicing and procurement applications to meet financial commitments to budgets.
Lead the team in achieving goals and drive success through KPIs.
Vendor Management:
Closely monitor work requests from JLL, the client, and vendors.
Continuously enhance vendor quality and service while minimizing overall costs.
Hold vendors accountable for delivering high-quality service as per contract specifications.
Ensure accurate submission of invoices by communicating effectively with vendors.
Client Service/Satisfaction:
Foster and maintain positive client relationships.
Communicate professionally with clients and all relevant contacts.
Engage in conflict resolution and solution analysis.
Exhibit a genuine service-oriented approach focused on enhancing the customer experience.
Compliance:
Manage contract compliance and quality control.
Oversee JLL Engineering compliance programs.
Familiarize with applicable codes and ensure standards are upheld.
Budgeting/Reporting:
Prepare detailed operational budgets.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports.
Manage team and vendors to fulfill all budgeting requirements.
Oversee the team's purchase card expenditures and provide analysis to minimize costs.
Qualifications:
Education/Training: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience.
Experience in managing commercial real estate/facilities.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and organize responsibilities effectively.
Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently.
Financial acumen to oversee budgets.
Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and BAS systems.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Suite.
Compensation:
Estimated total compensation for this position ranges from $95,000.00 to $102,000.00 USD annually.
