Nuestro equipo de Marketing está en búsqueda de un Especialista en Automatización de Email Marketing para ejecutar y mantener la comunicación por email en el viaje del cliente utilizando la plataforma Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Este rol ayudará a implementar nuestro nuevo software SFDC y trabajará de manera transversal para construir y renderizar la arquitectura interna.
Responsabilidades:
• Desarrollar plantillas de email, biblioteca de plantillas y correos de marketing en Salesforce.
• Crear, activar y mantener los viajes del cliente, definiendo criterios de entrada/salida y acciones del cliente basadas en objetivos de marketing establecidos.
• Gestionar la entregabilidad de la bandeja de entrada, siguiendo las mejores prácticas de marketing por email.
• Desarrollar y liderar el control de calidad del programa de email, incluyendo la representación del diseño y las pruebas de aceptación del viaje.
• Realizar pruebas de rendimiento del canal de email.
• Crear y gestionar paneles analíticos dentro de Marketing Cloud para el reporte del programa de email.
• Gestionar datos y administración, aprovechando el conector de Salesforce para crear extensiones de datos basadas en objetivos de mensajería.
• Ser responsable de la higiene de suscriptores y listas.
• Aprovechar los datos de clientes para identificar oportunidades de personalización y contenido dinámico, ejecutando estas oportunidades basadas en objetivos de marketing.
Perfil Ideal:
• 3-5 años de experiencia en Marketing Cloud, CRM, CLM – se requiere experiencia en Salesforce.
• Certificaciones:
Especialista en Email de Marketing Cloud, Administrador de Marketing Cloud.
• Amplio conocimiento en Content Builder, Email Studio, Analytics Studio y Journey Builder.
• Familiaridad con Salesforce CRM y Connector, incluyendo creación de reportes, extensiones de datos y gestión de leads y contactos.
• Experiencia comprobada en HTML, CSS y AMP script.
• Conocimiento de Google Analytics y experiencia con la integración de GA con Marketing Cloud.
