Job Description

Mavis Tire Supply is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Store Manager to join our team in Plano, TX. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of a retail store location, driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel, and controlling operating costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage sales programs to drive revenue growth
  • Direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance
  • Communicate directly with customers to assess their needs and provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in retail store management or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
