Job Description

As a Delivery Driver for IMC Powered By Parts Authority, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of automotive parts to our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company and be part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Pick up and drop off automotive parts, adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.
  • Ensure orders are properly fulfilled, and customers are satisfied.
  • Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or businesses in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner.
  • Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles without interfering with operations at customer's place of business.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and professionally handle complaints and concerns from customers.
  • Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
  • Accept payments, prepare reports, and reconcile debt and credit.
  • Complete daily maintenance checks on company delivery vehicle and notify manager of any issues.
  • Assist in any and all other store/warehouse duties as assigned.
  • Maintain and promote workplace safety.
Requirements
  • Current, valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to meet company insurance requirements (drivers must be 21 years old or over).
  • Current valid automobile insurance with your name on the policy.
  • Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, prolonged sitting.
