Medical Device Territory Manager

About the Role
The Senior Territory Business Leader will be responsible for launching new products in the designated territory, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage clinical partnerships to drive business growth and expansion.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, advanced practitioners, and certified diabetes care specialists.
- Develop and execute territory plans to meet/exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 4+ years of sales experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries with a demonstrated history of sales success.
- Experience in diabetes and selling automated insulin devices preferred.
Salary Range
$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
