Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Safety and Quality Assurance: Develop and implement strategies to ensure patient safety and quality care, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Pharmacy Operations: Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including inventory management, personnel management, and workflow optimization.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a team of pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Business Acumen: Analyze business data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to drive business results.
  • Customer Service: Foster a culture of customer-centricity, ensuring that patients and customers receive exceptional service and support.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree, and active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
  • Experience: Proven experience in pharmacy management, with a strong track record of leadership and patient care.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, leadership and communication skills, and ability to analyze data and drive business results.
