Ideal Candidate Attributes:

- Available to work up to 40 hours weekly, including some Saturdays and evenings
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to our clientele
- Prepare and manage medications and healthcare products
- Accurately measure medication dosages according to prescriptions
- Utilize computer software for prescription processing
- Label and document dosage details appropriately
- Oversee medication inventory
- Respond to phone inquiries
- Process transactions efficiently
- Assist customers both in-store and via phone
Compensation: Starting at $14/hr, with opportunities for increases based on pharmacy knowledge. Higher starting rates available for candidates with prior pharmacy experience.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of recent customer service experience, ideally two or more years
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail
- Effective organizational skills
