Job Title: Behavioral Health Clinician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at the Community Health Center. As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to our patients. This includes conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing individual, family, or group therapy as needed.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct initial behavioral health evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients
* Provide individual, family, or group therapy as needed
* Collaborate with psychiatric and medical providers to ensure comprehensive care
* Document all clinical interventions in accordance with CHC policy and Joint Commission standards

Requirements:

* Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology or related field
* Licensed in the State of Connecticut
* Minimum of two years of experience in outpatient mental health settings
* Reliable access to an automobile or transportation

Work Environment:

* Combination of sustained periods of sitting and walking
* Minimal lifting and carrying activities
* Must be available to work one evening and one Saturday per month

Communication Skills:

* Excellent oral and written communication skills required
