Job Responsibilities:

The LPN Behavioral Health Nurse will assume the professional responsibility and accountability for a group of patients, including medication/treatment administration, teaching, and supervision of all nursing staff to ensure the implementation of the interdisciplinary care plan. The nurse will perform ongoing and systematic assessments utilizing the nursing process to establish a comprehensive goal-directed interdisciplinary plan. Effective communication and collaboration with patients, families, colleagues, and other members of the interdisciplinary team are essential to ensure that treatment is appropriate to meet the age, needs, and abilities of patients.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate's Degree/Diploma Program from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting, with previous LPN or CNA experience a plus.
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Current RN license.

Salary and Benefits:
