Job SummaryThe Bilingual Clinic Assistant will provide exceptional patient care and support to our clinicians, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care and support to clinicians, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and assisting with medical procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
- Participate in health center events to achieve established productivity and revenue cycle goals.
- Collaborate with center managers and clinicians to create efficient and effective systems and processes.
- Ensure a safe and respectful environment for patients and staff, adhering to organizational and clinical standards, protocols, and policies.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and have a reliable form of transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
