HC-Resource is seeking a skilled Front of House Manager to lead our North Carolina locations. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional food, a wide selection of craft beers, and outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in managing high-volume full-service restaurants
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A passion for creating a safe, fun, and clean environment for employees and guests
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze financial and accounting reports
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff and customers

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, select, and develop a competent team of store personnel
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels to ensure out of stocks are eliminated and inventory turns are realized
  • Provide industry-leading training to staff
  • Manage employee relations by effectively communicating with staff
  • Maintain store conditions that meet or exceed company goals
  • Analyze financial and accounting reports
  • Control expenses such as food cost, inventory, cash control, payroll, etc.
  • Post staff schedules within the company's timeline
  • Complete recurring tasks on or before scheduled deadlines
  • Maintain a professional image at all times towards customers and staff
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service at all times
