Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals to a high standard, ensuring presentation and quality are consistently met
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Assist the Sous Chef in maintaining kitchen security and safety
  • Develop and create menus to meet seasonal availability and maintain established criteria
  • Store leftover food appropriately and maintain stocks of food and supplies
