Position Overview
Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leading large-scale implementations of D365 CE or Power Apps. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of serving as a development lead or architect on significant projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Model Driven applications.
  • Possess a minimum of ten years' expertise in D365 CE or Power Platform technologies, particularly in transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Power Platform components, including Power Pages, Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Canvas Apps.
  • Develop comprehensive technical specifications, user stories, and design documents.
  • Manage security roles and permissions, ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Lead deployment efforts, including CI/CD processes and test automation.
  • Customize and configure solutions, focusing on BPF, email settings, ribbon XML, forms, and views.
  • Guide developers in coding best practices, particularly in C#, PCF controls, Azure Functions, TypeScript, and React.
  • Facilitate integration and data migration using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
  • Provide insights into Dataverse entities, fields, and publishers.

Business Process Automation:
  • Implement plugins, Web APIs, workflows, cloud flows, and business rules.
  • Possess foundational knowledge of Azure and AI technologies.

Team Leadership:
  • Coordinate and mentor team members, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Document and define processes for clients, particularly in areas lacking established guidelines.
  • Create detailed project scope documents, including task estimates and schedules.
  • Lead internal sessions to share best practices and updates on new functionalities.
  • Advise clients on optimal CRM processes and user interface strategies.
  • Develop project timelines, estimate efforts, manage milestones, and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Azure DevOps, to enhance project delivery.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status.
  • Collaborate with business teams to establish effective change management plans for significant feature releases.
  • Ensure that implemented solutions deliver the anticipated benefits.
  • Serve as a point of escalation during outages or investigations.
  • Work closely with leadership to align technology strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of compliance standards related to data, accessibility, UI/UX, and security.
  • Experience working with offshore teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills are essential.
