Job Overview

Our client, a leading industrial energy services company, is seeking a skilled Transportation Account Manager to develop and maintain relationships with clients in the energy, petroleum, natural gas, petrochemical, power, chemical, manufacturing, and engineering sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the industrial energy services market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Understanding client needs and providing tailored transportation solutions
  • Conducting regular client meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the target sectors
  • Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with clients
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements include:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the industrial energy services or transportation sector
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong understanding of the energy, petroleum, natural gas, petrochemical, and industrial markets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Additional requirements include:

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
