Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group is a leading automotive dealership with a strong reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and performance, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Coordinate with finance and insurance managers to finalize transactions and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with the sales team to ensure vehicles are effectively showcased and promoted to customers, driving sales and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in dealer management and sales within the automotive industry is required.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
