Are you a seasoned retail professional with a passion for the dynamic cannabis sector? We are on the lookout for an energetic and results-oriented Lead Retail Operations Manager to oversee our growing network of cannabis dispensaries nationwide.

As a key representative of our brand, you will be instrumental in enhancing the customer experience while ensuring operational excellence across multiple sites.

In your role as Lead Retail Operations Manager, you will manage both strategic growth and daily operations.

Your leadership will be crucial in cultivating a unified and high-performing team, showcasing CBD Kratom brand loyalty, and enriching the customer journey.

This position presents a unique chance to influence the cannabis retail landscape while driving business success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership:
You will inspire and motivate your team, serving as a role model who holds associates accountable to established standards.

Results-Driven Approach:
You excel at driving sales and enjoy coaching others to achieve similar results. You will maximize business opportunities to enhance key performance indicators.

Your team will engage with every customer through a consultative sales approach, ensuring they find exactly what they need with a "service-first" mentality.


Commitment to Continuous Improvement:
You have a passion for training and developing your team. You will lead your staff in ongoing learning, expanding their knowledge of cannabis and kratom. You will consistently seek opportunities for personal, team, and store improvement.

Team Development:
You will set clear, attainable goals for your team, providing consistent coaching and real-time feedback. You will celebrate exceptional performance, drive engagement, and motivate your team to excel.

Operational Tasks:

This role involves extended periods of standing, lifting and moving merchandise up to 15 lbs, and occasionally handling items up to 60 lbs.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in store displays, storage areas, and restrooms, which includes bending, reaching, and twisting.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and productivity targets while guiding sales associates to reach their potential.

A Store Leader who enjoys engaging with customers and is dedicated to helping them select the right products, making recommendations based on comprehensive product knowledge and understanding their needs.

You must be available to work during peak times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Your enthusiasm for our products is essential.
You should share our passion for the company and its culture.
