Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Marshalls. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for promoting an exceptional customer experience, leading a team of Associates, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Create a positive internal and external customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, responding to customer concerns and issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, train and mentor Associates on front-end principles, and assign registers, support and respond to POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for all Associates.
  • Store Operations: Ensure Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan, prioritize as needed, and communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities.
  • Merchandising and Sales: Promote credit and loyalty programs, support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs, and promote safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
Requirements
  • Availability: Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of merchandising techniques, capable of multi-tasking, strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail, and able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Experience: 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
