Job Title: Customer Executive Food Service Contract Management Specialist

At Bimbo Bakeries USA, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Executive Food Service Contract Management Specialist to lead our team in managing National Non-Commercial Food Service accounts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with customers
  • Establish relationships with key buying influencers at multiple levels
  • Understand customer dynamics and develop customer strategies to grow
  • Manage communication to all functional teams regarding account news and information
  • Cultivate customer relationships by developing new business
  • Monitor sales performance with existing business and identify new opportunities
  • Field operational calls as needed, and handle service-related issues that may arise
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Financial and business analysis experience preferred
  • Strong project management skills required
  • BA/BS in Business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience performing in a sales or account management role
  • Prior experience directly managing non-commercial customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
