The Executive Support Specialist provides high-quality administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Workoo Technologies. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Specialist offers support in a one-on-one working relationship and is an active member of an entrepreneurial team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO with client communications, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Represent Workoo Technologies and the CEO with quality presence and relationships with stakeholders, fostering a positive and professional image.
- Provide excellent communication and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Manage sensitive client and employee matters with a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including logistics and coordination with clients, ensuring seamless execution.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, including Google spreadsheets, presentations, agendas, and meeting summary reports.
- Perform reference checks and write references for clients, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support the CEO's time by reading, researching, collecting, and analyzing information as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the CEO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of related experience in executive support or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Google tools, including Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels in a confident and professional manner.
- Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of the business for projects and meetings.
