The Finance Team at Penobscot Community Health Center is in search of a Senior Financial Insights Analyst. In this pivotal position, you will work closely with Leadership and various departments to assess financial data, delivering essential support, insights, and avenues for enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit proactive leadership, effective communication, and meticulous attention to detail while fostering trustworthy relationships throughout the organization.
- Act as the primary financial liaison for designated departments, conducting ongoing financial reviews, analyses, reconciliations, and month-end accounting while providing expert guidance.
- Collaborate with Practice Leadership to analyze and interpret monthly financial statements, offering education and strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budgets in partnership with department leaders, regularly reviewing and analyzing performance metrics.
- Aggregate and standardize data from various sources for comprehensive analysis.
- Evaluate departmental budgets and financial performance, advising Practice Leadership on necessary corrective actions to enhance financial operations.
- Work alongside Finance teams and service sites to optimize financial processes and budget management.

Qualifications:
