In this pivotal position, you will work closely with Leadership and various departments to assess financial data, delivering essential support, insights, and avenues for enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit proactive leadership, effective communication, and meticulous attention to detail while fostering trustworthy relationships throughout the organization.
  • Act as the primary financial liaison for designated departments, conducting ongoing financial reviews, analyses, reconciliations, and month-end accounting while providing expert guidance.
  • Collaborate with Practice Leadership to analyze and interpret monthly financial statements, offering education and strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budgets in partnership with department leaders, regularly reviewing and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Aggregate and standardize data from various sources for comprehensive analysis.
  • Evaluate departmental budgets and financial performance, advising Practice Leadership on necessary corrective actions to enhance financial operations.
  • Work alongside Finance teams and service sites to optimize financial processes and budget management.

Qualifications:
