Job Summary

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Equus Workforce Solutions, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth and success. You will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning expertise to business leaders and operations directors, ensuring that budget cycles are executed efficiently and effectively. Your expertise will also be utilized to deliver analysis of monthly financial results, providing insights that inform strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will participate in the design, development, and ongoing analysis of financial reports, including management reports, variance analysis tools, and monthly financial statements. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in developing and maintaining processes and systems for forecasting and reporting. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial analysis and planning expertise to business leaders and operations directors
  • Deliver analysis of monthly financial results, providing insights that inform strategic decision-making
  • Participate in the design, development, and ongoing analysis of financial reports
  • Develop and maintain processes and systems for forecasting and reporting
  • Assist in ad hoc analysis and special projects as requested by management and business partners

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with previous experience building complex financial models a plus
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience
  • Proven track record of fostering relationships across functions and levels
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the company
