Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow our business banking portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers, understanding their financial needs and providing expert advice and guidance
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the market and our products and services
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including credit, operations, and risk management teams, to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to inform our business strategy
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or economics
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, retail banking, lending, customer service, and/or operations
  • Advanced lending proficiency and personal computer literacy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
