Job Summary

Central Processing Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Regional Human Resources Administrator - Spanish Bilingual Partner to join our team in Madison, IL. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide localized support to employees, collaborate with management, and assist with HR-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a resource for employee questions about benefits, time off, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management and Regional HR Administrators to obtain feedback from the workforce and assist with HR-related materials.
  • Provide administrative support to Regional HR Administrators.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruitment and hiring information.
  • Participate in Benefits Open Enrollment.
  • Review time-card and benefit information for payroll processing deadlines.
  • Assist with investigations of employee complaints.
  • Process and maintain employment status changes in internal databases.
  • Process and maintain benefit changes, charges, and updates in internal systems.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR policies, programs, laws, and issues.
  • Contribute to continuous HR system and business process improvements.
  • Administer training for managers and employees on various HR topics.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of HR experience.
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines.
