Position Overview:

The Sales Center Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the coordination of daily operations within the depot.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all product accountability for the depot.
  2. Ensure accurate input of claims, transfers, and inventories into the system on a daily basis.
  3. Assist in stacking trays/dollies, repositioning empty racks, and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse area to uphold a safe working environment.
  4. Process all returns from routes and ensure proper input into the system.
  5. Verify all loads for accuracy prior to arrival.

Position Requirements:

Essential Competencies:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with both internal and external customers.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills are required.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Good eye-hand-foot coordination is essential.
  • Physical ability to stoop, bend, and reach to maintain depot housekeeping.

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience is preferred. A combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates competency to perform the work may be considered.
