Administrative Support Associate

Job Summary:
This position plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of our office environment. As an Administrative Support Associate, you will utilize effective time-management skills to perform general office procedures in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls and responding to inquiries
- Keying data, filing, and performing various administrative tasks
- Preparing reports and presentations using Microsoft Word or Excel
- Coordinating departmental meetings, including catering and travel arrangements
- Performing other tasks as assigned by supervisor and/or manager
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent
- Data entry skills
- Effective oral and written communication, problem-solving, basic research, and time management skills
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- 6 months to 1 year of office support experience (preferred)
