Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives and stakeholders, handling communication tasks, drafting, editing, and proofreading correspondence and documents.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel plans, aligning with executives' preferences and business needs.
  • Facilitate organization in meetings by preparing agendas, documents, and presentations, and taking minutes and disseminating relevant information.
  • Handle office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing supplies, alongside managing expense reports and reimbursement processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
