Job Purpose & Scope:

Under general direction, performs a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and professional support responsibilities for Bank OZK.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-level administrative support to senior/executive management, including drafting and editing communications and other documents, organizing and maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, and creating presentations.
  2. Assist with back-up support for other officers on various projects and tasks, including preparation and filing of reports.
  3. Interface with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image for Bank OZK.
  4. Maintain and update executive officer and team logistical information, such as scheduling and meeting coordination.
  5. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Bank OZK's business, products, and services to provide effective administrative and professional support.
  6. Research, compile, and analyze data for special projects and various reports.
  7. Retrieve information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents, and prepare written summaries of data when needed.
  8. Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Screen incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors, and correspondence in a polite and professional manner, and route accordingly.
  10. Plan and coordinate travel logistics and other special events, as necessary.
  11. Handle clerical tasks and prioritize correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  12. Complete special assignments as needed, and maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with respect to Company and Bank matters, personnel matters, and job duties.
  13. Maintain good attendance and punctuality to work, and follow Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. 5+ years of work experience in an administrative/executive assistant role required.
  3. 5+ years of work experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

Job Expectations: Operate customary equipment and technology used in a business environment, with or without accommodation.
