Job Summary

The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Director of Educational Resources to join our team. As a key member of our educational resources team, you will play a critical role in supporting the academic success of our students.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute large-scale hybrid courses for incoming pre-business students, working closely with faculty, staff, and administrators to create a scaffolded, high-quality academic experience.
  • Engage in recruitment activities targeting prospective pre-business students, primarily in the spring semester, and work closely with the Director of Kelley Campus Partnerships to support current pre-business students through one-on-one interactions and retention initiatives.
  • Provide educational resources, training, and support for academic units, faculty, and student programs, working closely with course administration and multiple educational support services.
  • Support faculty in instructional design, pedagogical practice, classroom management, and federal regulations, and determine additional support needs through consultation and design resources to meet educational support needs.
  • Participate in educational resources initiatives to improve student academic outcomes and classroom experience, and train teaching assistants, associate instructors, and graders in grading methods, responding to student concerns, and resolving complex issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in educational resources, student support services, and faculty development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and administrators.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
