Executive Assistant

RHI Rehab is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate activities under the assigned executive's division to ensure operational and administrative responsibilities are met.
- Manage support, track attendance, and projects for the Division, and coordinate work groups as appropriate to ensure compliance with timelines.
- Plan, prepare, and coordinate meetings, including development of agendas, preparing presentations, transcribing meeting minutes, and ensuring follow-up on outstanding items.
- Oversee the management of the Policy and Procedure Program, ensuring oversight and maintenance with policy compliance throughout the organization.
Requirements
- At least five years of support assistance within a hospital or healthcare system.
- Experience with support of executive level positions preferred.
- Associate's degree or combination of education and work-related experience deemed equivalent.
