Job Description:

GRS Community Management is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in West Palm Beach. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the onsite association manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the onsite association manager in managing resident issues and complaints
  • Update Cinc systems with current homeowner information and process work orders and violations letter
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts to the organization
  • Organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • 1-2 years experience in administrative roles
  • Proficient in office software applications such as Excel and Word

Compensation:

A competitive salary of $20 per hour, based on experience
