Administrative Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at GRS Community Management in West Palm Beach.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong administrative experience, particularly in property management. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our onsite association manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain multiple calendars, handle resident issues, and update Cinc systems with current homeowner information.
  • Process work orders, communicate professionally with internal and external contacts, and demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Maintain accurate records, proficiently use computer software applications, and handle customer service inquiries.
Requirements
  • High attention to detail, customer service experience, and minimum 1.5 years of strong administrative experience.
  • Experience in office 365, Excel, and Word is required, and experience with Cinc is strongly preferred.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $20 per hour based on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
