POSITION SUMMARY

This role involves processing customer orders in a dynamic environment using Voice Picking and/or RF Technology through SAP and Warehouse Management Software. Responsibilities include:

  • Picking and packing products for shipment to customers.
  • Conducting cycle counts and ensuring inventory accuracy.
  • Receiving, unloading, and loading trailers.
  • Product put away and replenishments.
  • Processing customer returns.

Some tasks may require the safe operation of equipment such as forklifts and order pickers. All duties must adhere to established quality control guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Efficiently pick and pack customer orders to meet specifications.
    • Repetitive hand use is required.
    • Picking constitutes approximately 80% of the shift.
  • Execute transactions with RF or Voice equipment accurately and promptly.
  • Lift and stack product cases onto pallets, requiring frequent lifting of 40 to 60 pounds.
  • Receive and store materials in compliance with facility specifications and cGMP standards.
  • Transport materials using various powered material handling equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Process customer returns according to company policy.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
