Job Title: Sales Manager

Primary Recruiting Services is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our national sales team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive national sales strategies to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the national sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional activities and product launches.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies, pricing strategies, and contractual agreements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of outside, B2B technical sales experience.
  • Experience with industrial products and ability to convey complex engineered product concepts.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and advanced computer proficiency in Office 365.
