Production Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Artist to join our creative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of all design deliverables, including Offering Memos, Proposals, and Marketing materials. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Assist the team in producing high-quality print, advertising, and digital materials.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to define design goals and objectives.
• Review and approve graphics, layouts, and fonts before designs are completed.
• Use editing software to finalize standard aspects of designs and ensure consistency across all materials.
• Suggest and implement improvements to print and digital images and assets.
• Meet deadlines and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Troubleshoot problems with the design team and printer as needed.
• Catalog and maintain a library of produced images and graphics for future projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience, specifically within the commercial real estate sector.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiar with web design tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and a deep understanding of branding and marketing in the context of commercial real estate.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creative excellence.
