Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team at Dicio. As a key member of our customer interactions department, you will be responsible for managing high-volume warm marketing leads, engaging and qualifying customers, and collaborating with team members to drive sales growth.

About the Role:
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to increase sales effectiveness.
  • Talent Development: Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills and performance.

  • Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
