Business Growth Strategist

At NextGen Retail Solutions, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in field sales or leadership of teams selling office supplies, janitorial & sanitation, office furniture, and other key facility programs. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Supervision: Actively supervise and participate in prospecting efforts to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Sales Development Oversight: Develop and implement strategic sales plans under your supervision to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Market Insights Management: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide valuable insights and adapt sales strategies.
- Relationship Building & Mentorship: Lead efforts to establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Product Knowledge: Foster a deep understanding of our products or services among team members.
- Field Reporting & Review: Regularly review and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and alignment with company objectives.
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, and benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
