About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Specialist to join our team at Moontide Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through innovative campaign strategies and identifying opportunities for expansion within existing accounts and new prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute campaign strategies that drive business growth and deliver results.
  • Lead the development of creative briefs that define campaign goals, audience insights, messaging, creative direction, media strategy, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to bring campaigns to life and ensure seamless execution across all touchpoints.
  • Track campaign performance, providing actionable insights and optimizations to improve results and achieve client goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, brand development, or business development roles, ideally within an advertising agency or marketing department.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, consumer behavior, and campaign development, coupled with business development acumen.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.
