Job Title: Bilingual Financial Center Consultant I

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Financial Center Consultant I to join our team at EECU. As a key member of our financial center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service, conducting teller transactions, and promoting EECU products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding member experiences through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Conduct a variety of member service functions, including teller transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
  • Proactively initiate and support marketing initiatives within the branch.
  • Build strong relationships with members through exceptional service and sales skills.
  • Provide lobby coverage, including greeting members, answering calls, and directing members to appropriate employees when needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or financial environment, with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • Cash handling experience with the ability to balance without overages or shortages.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to converse freely and comfortably in all interactions with members.
  • Enthusiasm and professionalism, with a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks daily.
  • Good listener, with the ability to problem-solve and be empathetic.
  • Relevant computer skills, solid math, and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual required, with the ability to read, write, and speak Spanish.
