Sales Director

Join the Shaner Hotel Group team as a Sales Manager and take on a challenging role that requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and customer service skills. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed budgeted goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed budgeted goals
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and colleagues
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in hospitality management or business preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Familiarity with the local economy and market conditions
- Working knowledge of hotel operations
