Sales Director

As a Sales Manager at Shaner Hotel Group, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships to enhance the hotel's market presence. This role requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts and event planners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and materials.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends.
