**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Regional Service Manager to lead our Ontario, California location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer special needs and projects, as well as overseeing field service technicians and office support staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage customer relationships and projects to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention

• Supervise and mentor field service technicians to ensure quality of work and adherence to company standards

• Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize technician schedules and improve communication between the office and field

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve technician skills and productivity

• Assist with the development of business strategies to drive growth and revenue

• Review and approve timesheets for hourly employees to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Maintain a deep understanding of contractual agreements, operational parameters, and warranty obligations

• Ensure inventory levels are maintained on trucks and in warehouses to support efficient operations

• Develop and implement safety standards, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

**Requirements:**

• 5+ years of recent management experience in a service-related industry

• Proven track record of managing a profit and loss, budgeting, and forecasting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel

• Experience in sales building, including cold call selling

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent customer service skills
