About the RoleAs a Customer Service Representative at Advantis Insurance Services, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Develop and maintain knowledge of our insurance products and services to effectively communicate with clients.
  3. Identify and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Accurately document customer interactions and update records as necessary.
  5. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in insurance-related customer service and sales.
  • Current Property and Casualty License.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in AMS, Excel, and Word.

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
